Nuts and Bolts

  • Initial entry limit of 4 per event:  add students to the waitlist and we will accommodate them as we build the schedule

  • $10 per individual entry; $20 per team; same-school students may hit each other.

  • Students may only double enter across waves.  Students may not double enter in CX and LD.

  • Coaches should stay in close touch with the tab room so we can easily find you.  Tab will be in the library, so please feel free to hang out there.

  • Please bring judges. We will charge any school who comes without one designated judge a $20.00 judging

fee.  We ask that coaches be willing to judge two rounds (bring judges and this becomes less likely.)

  • We will run a digital tournament on Tabrom so please bring laptops.  Please also instruct your judges to do the same.

  • We will pay community-member judges $10.00 per round.

  • We will supply breakfast, lunch, and snacks for judges and coaches.  Student competitors should plan to buy food from our concessions as the school is in the middle of a large field and fast food is not nearby.
